FACTS: Appeal on 2 sexual assault convictions on the grounds that the conviction was not supported by evidence. CRM stated the judge relied on inadmissible evidence.

HELD: Appeal dismissed. The trial judge did not rely on inadmissible evidence. The trial judge acknowledged that the complainants had Glossary Link FAS, but he accepted their evidence.
