FACTS: Walle was charged with the second-degree murder of Shuckburgh. Michael Steward had recognizable symptoms of Glossary Link FASD. He was a witness to Walle's actions after the crime.

HELD: Walle was not guilty of second-degree murder. He was found guilty of manslaughter. Steward's testimony regarding Walle's attitude after the crime was accepted. However, the court held that Steward's statement regarding an incriminating statement that Walle allegedly made was not reliable.
