FACTS: WALD 1 and 2 were charged with possession of stolen vehicles, and mischief. The court determined that neither was fit to stand trial due to mental disorder. Both were diagnosed with Glossary Link FAS. They both had lengthy criminal records.

HELD: WALD 1 and 2 received conditional sentences. The disposition promoted rehabilitation and measures to ensure public safety.
