FACTS: Each parent put forth an application for the custody of the children.  Although one of the children was suspected of suffering from Glossary Link FAS, the disorder was not considered to be a mitigating factor in the trial. 

HELD: The mother was the only employed parent and as such, she was given custody.  The father was granted access.
