FACTS: Child and Family Services submitted an application for wardship of J.J.V.  Family physician Dr. Giftocristos, and pediatrician Dr. Stevens both suspected that the child would develop Glossary Link FAS during the following year. 

HELD: The child was deemed in need of protection, thus the application was allowed.
