ONTARIO - Ontario Court of Justice: Children's Aid Society of the City of Kingston and County of Frontenac v. A.T. [1993] O.J. No. 63
FACTS: The Children's Aid Society sought custody. Although the child was too young to be formally diagnosed with
FAE, a risk for the disorder was acknowledged.
HELD: The judge concluded that the child was in need of protection, and as a result, allowed the application.
