BRITISH COLUMBIA - Provincial Court: British Columbia (Director of Family and Child Services) v. S.T. [2003] B.C.J. No. 272 BCPC 35

FACTS:  The Director submitted an application requesting permanent custody of two children.  The mother and father separately opposed the application.  The father suffered from Glossary Link FAS and was deemed unable to provide the children with a suitable environment or adequate care.

HELD:  The judge dismissed both applications and granted custody to the Director.
