FASD and the Justice System

The site is designed as a resource for justice system professionals and others who are grappling to understand FASD with case law, legal resources, background information, and practical tips close at hand.

Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) is the most frequent birth defect in North America, always causing permanent brain damage. Obvious effects are usually absent so FASD is often invisible.
